Loans are available to assist low-income households perform necessary repairs to owner occupied homes (including mobile homes) within the city limits. The City will help qualified homeowners with no-interest loans as well as provide construction assistance. Applicants must meet income requirements.
Funding is available to repair or replace deficiencies including, but not limited to, plumbing and electrical systems, roofing, water damage, energy conservation, correction of health and safety issues, and ADA modifications.
