Claims

If you are part of an incident for which you believe the City of American Canyon has caused a loss or damage to your person or property, you have the option of completing and filing a claim with the City.

 

Step 1.Gather the information needed to complete the Liability Claim Form

  • Incident details - location, date, time, description of the incident and the resulting damages
  • Digital photos to upload
  • Amount of your claim
  • Electronic copies of invoices or estimates to upload 
  • Name and contact information for any witnesses
