Occupation:  City Councilman of American Canyon, Executive Director/Governance Liaison

I am a Husband, Father of 7 children, Retired Police Detective, Retired Navy Veteran, Executive Director and Governance liaison for a biotech company.

I am running for Mayor to be your neighborhood advocate and City Ambassador.

As a Police Detective in Richmond, CA I worked to lower domestic-violence, reduce street level narcotic activity, and vigorously participated in developing a nationally acclaimed community policing program.

As Executive Director I oversee day to day Security, Safety, Health and Environmental challenges to ensure that the company’s workplace is safe and compliant within the Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.  As Governance Officer I am the central point of contact for all communications between the Mayor of Vacaville and City Manager’s Office to ensure collaboration and trusted partnership.

In 2006, we made American Canyon our home.  Our children attended Canyon Oaks Elementary, American Canyon Middle School, Vintage High School and American Canyon High School.  With my fresh, new voice and servant leadership approach, my promise as mayor will be to ensure that our city government is more responsive, responsible, and fiscally sustainable.  I believe I have the experience, and problem solving skills to make this vision a reality.
